Drawtober 27: The resolution of the first 24 Drawtober drawings 🙂
This year I started to take guitar lessons and the first piece of literature I needed was “Die neue Gitarrenschule” (Band 1) by Heinz Teichert. Beef or I bought it, I borrowed it from the library and they had a pretty old version (probably the first). The cover image of it consisted of 12 people in various outfits, everyone holding a guitar and I just loved that they were so full of character and a reflection of another time. And then I wanted to have my own version of it and took them as inspirations for my Drawtober this year, first as vague silhouettes, then as fleshed out characters💜. (I changed the name of the author on my cover version because this is just a fan art of the original version. There is also a photo of the original cover for comparison)
